Treatment Approaches

During an initial consultation, my goal is to make you feel safe and understood while we discuss the difficulties you are experiencing, their context, and your history.

I'll then recommend a suitable treatment plan incorporating one or several evidence-based psychological therapies. These are structured approaches that include practical skills and strategies to practise and use in between sessions.

Fees & Contact

Fees & Contact

I live in Melbourne and practise exclusively via telehealth (phone or online).

Consultations last 50 minutes and cost $225. A Medicare rebate of $141.85 is available with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (resulting in an out of pocket expense of $83.15 per consultation).

I am currently not accepting new referrals, and I am not keeping a waitlist. You can find available psychologists on the ACPA or APS online therapist directories.

If you are a past client wishing to resume therapy, or you wish to contact me for another reason, please complete the form below.
